브라운포만이 인수단(바클레이즈, BofA, 시티그룹, JP모건, US뱅코프)과 5억 달러 규모의 채권 발행 계약을 체결했다. 2031년 10월 만기, 연 5.375% 이자율이며, 배당금, 자사주 매입, 기존 채무 상환 등에 사용될 예정이다.
