DHI Mortgage가 U.S. Bank 등 매입자들과 재매입약정(Repurchase Facility)을 5차 개정했다. 최대약정금액을 19.25억 달러로 증액하고 만기를 2029년 5월 4일로 연장했으며, 가격조건과 재무약정을 수정했다.
