에섹스 프라퍼티 트러스트가 뱅크오브아메리카와 2억7,500만 달러 규모의 무담보 기간대출 계약을 체결했다. 계약 기간은 2029년 9월 24일까지이며, 1년 연장옵션 2회가 있다. 상업어음 상환 및 일반 기업 목적으로 사용될 예정이다.
