제네락이 아마존과 2026년 9월 16일 거래계약을 체결했다. 아마존에 데이터센터용 백업발전기 공급 대가로 최대 80억 달러 규모의 워런트(1,693,745주, 행사가 $200.93)를 발행하며, 2027-2028년 초기 납품액은 24억 달러다. 워런트 만기는 2033년 9월 16일이다.
