마벨과 구글이 2026년 7월 29일 맞춤형 반도체 개발 계약을 체결했다. 구글은 행사가격 206.58달러로 최대 5,897만주를 매입할 수 있는 워런트를 받으며, 2027년 3분기부터 2033년까지 맞춤형 제품 매출 5억달러당 1트란치씩 행사 가능하다.
