클라우드플레어 주주총회에서 이사 선임, 감사법인 승인, 경영진 보상 승인 등 7개 안건이 상정되었다.
주요 안건인 정관 개정(Class C 주식 신설, 주식수 증가 등)과 주식 인센티브 계획 개정이 모두 승인되었으며, 대부분 안건이 60% 이상의 높은 찬성률을 기록했다.
