중요 계약 체결

GoDaddy Inc.의 자회사인 Go Daddy Operating Company, LLC와 GD Finance Co, LLC가 Royal Bank of Canada를 Administrative Agent로 하여 기존 10억 달러 회전신용한도를 12억 달러로 확대하고 만기를 2031년 7월 31일로 연장하는 제13차 수정협약을 체결했다. 금리는 SOFR 기준 연 1.25~1.75%, 달러 기준금리 기준 연 0.25~0.75%이며, 회전신용한도 이용률이 40% 이상일 때 first lien net leverage ratio를 5.75:1.00 이하로 유지해야 한다.
