J&J Snack Foods Corp.가 Citizens Bank, N.A.와 2026년 6월 5일 신용약정 수정안(Amendment No. 2)을 체결했다. 신용한도 만기를 2031년 6월 5일로 연장하고, 최대 200,000,000 또는 Consolidated EBITDA 중 큰 금액까지 신용한도 증액 옵션을 제공하며, Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio 한도를 3.50:1.00으로 상향 조정했다.
